Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsYour website is often the first appointment a prospective patient has with you. They arrive nervous, with a phone in one hand, after reading three other weight loss clinic sites that all looked the same. Within a few seconds they decide whether this place seems real, competent and kind. We build and manage websites for medically supervised weight management practices, with the goal of answering the questions a cautious person has, showing the people who provide care and making the next step obvious. A site on its own is priced after a brief conversation, and Organic Growth Gold and Platinum both come with a custom, fully managed one.

Tone
Weight is a tender subject. Many visitors have been judged by doctors, family members and strangers. A site that opens with a dramatic body image, a stern headline or a before-and-after collage tells them they will be judged again. A site that opens with a calm statement of who you are, a photo of a smiling team and a sentence about supportive, supervised care tells them they are welcome. The visual style should feel clinical enough to be credible and human enough to be approachable: clean layouts, natural photography of your actual space and staff, and language free of body-shaming phrases.
That tone also happens to line up with ad platform rules and with the standards that medical boards expect. Avoid hyped words, results claims, miracle language and countdown timers. If you use patient stories, treat them as stories and not as promises, obtain written consent and have your attorney review how you present them.
Booking flow
| Option | Strengths | Cautions | Good fit when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Online scheduler for evaluations | Convenient, available any hour, reduces phone tag | Needs real availability and clear rules for who qualifies for which slot | You have predictable provider schedules |
| Request-a-call form | Gives your team a chance to screen and welcome the person | Slow follow-up kills the lead | Your front desk can call back the same day |
| Click-to-call button | Fast for people who prefer to talk | Needs someone to answer and a voicemail plan | Most inquiries are by phone anyway |
| Text or chat | Low-pressure for hesitant visitors | Messages can contain health details, so privacy and vendor terms matter | You have staff and a compliant tool to handle it |
| Combination | Lets visitors choose their comfort level | More to maintain and track | Most weight loss clinics, once volume grows |
Forms and privacy
A long health questionnaire as the first form on a site scares people off. It also raises privacy questions that a simple contact form does not. A better approach is a two-step flow: a short request on the public website that collects only name, phone, email and preferred time, followed by a secure link to a fuller intake after the appointment is confirmed. The second form should live in a system that your attorney has reviewed.
Whether HIPAA applies to a specific tool depends on how your weight loss clinic operates, and state privacy laws may add requirements. So have your attorney review the scheduler, the form builder, any chat widget and the analytics setup, and confirm that the right vendor agreements are in place. We build sites that collect the minimum, avoid placing health information in page addresses or analytics events and keep patient portals separate from the marketing site.
Accessibility also matters for a medical audience. Readable type, strong contrast, labeled fields and keyboard-friendly forms help people with disabilities and tend to improve conversion for everyone.
How a build runs
We learn your programs, providers, pricing structure, intake process and the questions patients ask most. We also review competitors in your area so your site avoids sounding like them.
We map the pages, write plain-language copy and send clinical and legal-sensitive sections to your reviewers.
A custom design on WordPress, built to load quickly on a phone, with tracked phone numbers and a scheduling path that works.
Your team checks every page, we test forms, tracking and speed, and we publish with redirects from old addresses so you keep what you have earned.
Hosting, updates, security patches and monitoring continue under Gold and Platinum, so the site does not decay.
Trust elements
| Element | What to include | What to avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Provider photos | Real photos with names and roles | Stock images of models in measuring tapes |
| Licensing and affiliations | License types and affiliations you can document | Badges you are not entitled to display |
| Reviews | Genuine reviews with a link to the platform | Cherry-picked quotes that suggest typical results |
| Contact details | Phone, address, hours and a clear email | A contact form as the only option |
| Policies | Privacy policy, terms and cancellation terms | Fine print that contradicts the page copy |
Speed and access
Plenty of visitors check a weight loss clinic from a car, a break room or a couch, on a phone with a mediocre signal. Pages that wait on large images, autoplay video or heavy scripts lose them. We compress images, load only what the page needs, keep fonts light and test on real devices. The phone number and the schedule button stay visible as the page scrolls. Text is large enough to read without zooming and spaced so a thumb can hit the right link.
Accessibility is part of that same discipline. Strong contrast, descriptive link text, labeled form fields, captions on videos and a layout that works with a keyboard make the site usable for more people and tend to improve search performance as well.
Mobile checklist
| Check | Pass condition |
|---|---|
| Loads on a normal mobile connection | Main content readable within a few seconds |
| Phone number tappable | One tap starts a call |
| Schedule button visible | No scrolling hunt for the next step |
| Forms usable | Short, labeled and easy to submit with a thumb |
| Text legible | No zoom needed, strong contrast |
| No intrusive pop-ups | Nothing blocks the content on arrival |
| Provider photos load | Images sized properly and described for screen readers |
Moving safely
A rebuild is risky if old addresses vanish. Pages that earned reviews, links and rankings need a clear path to their replacements, so we map every important old address to its new home with permanent redirects. We keep content that works, rewrite what does not and retire pages that made claims you no longer want to make. After launch we watch Search Console for errors, confirm the Google listing points to the right page and check that tracking still counts calls and forms.
Plans
Calls to action
Visitors to a weight loss clinic site should never wonder what to do next. Choose one primary action, usually "Schedule an evaluation" or "Request a call," and use the same wording on the home page, the program pages, the provider pages and the cost page. Secondary actions, such as reading a guide or calling, stay visible but quieter. Repeated, consistent buttons tend to outperform a scatter of different offers, and they make tracking much easier because every conversion path is labeled the same way.
Website questions
Gold ($2,495 a month) and Platinum ($3,495 a month) each include a custom website that we keep hosted and maintained. If you want only a site, we price it once we have spoken. Nothing requires a contract.
Whenever you can. Even a description of how pricing is structured, such as a monthly membership plus lab fees, reassures cautious visitors. If your prices vary, explain what drives the differences and how to get an exact answer.
A portal is usually part of your clinical software, not the marketing website. We link to it clearly and keep the two separate for privacy reasons.
Some weight loss clinics use them within board rules and with written consent. Check your state's guidance, have counsel review and understand that ad platforms may not allow the same images in ads.
We describe virtual visits as part of the program, state where your providers are licensed and make clear how in-person labs and visits work, so visitors know what they are signing up for.
It depends mostly on how quickly your clinical and legal reviewers return feedback. We schedule milestones with you at the start and keep the old site live until the new one is ready.
